University City Dental provides dental Medicaid services for patients 13 years and older, in a modern, comfortable setting.
1. We provide:
- Emergency treatment, Complete Dental Examination with x-rays, cavity fillings, front tooth root canals, some extractions.
- If your gums are in good health, we can clean your teeth, or we will refer you to a specialist for treatment of any gum diseases.
2. To streamline operations, depending on the time you call, initial appointments may be
scheduled with a courteous call center attendant. Followup appointments are scheduled in the office.
3. When you call, please classify the type of appointment you need:
- If you have pain, infection or trauma, please request an Emergency Appointment
- For any other general non-urgent needs, request a General Exam Appointment
4. Please help us with the following:
- Bring your current Medicaid Identification Card (MID card)
- Bring a photo ID or driver’s license
- Bring the $3 cash co-pay
- Arrive 15 minutes ahead of time to fill out forms
- Call the office as soon as possible if the appointment will not work for you. Please call by Thursday at noon for Monday appointment changes. Patients with more than one broken or no show appointments might be prevented from reappointing.
